Please choose one of the following 2 options:

• Battery exchange at our service center in Atsugi: Please call our free dial number 0120 26 8888. Beside the cost for the battery additional fees will be applied. 
• Battery exchange at our Tokyo showroom (Daikanyama): If you bring your robot to the showroom, we will exchange the battery within 30 minutes, and you can take back your “new” robot directly thereafter. You just pay for the battery, no shipping or working fee. If you want additional checks, please allow more time. In any case, please make an appointment, so that we can be prepared for you: Appointment at Tokyo Showroom​​
